Stadshotel Botterweck Heerlen has put a number of important measures in place to ensure that our guests and staff remain protected against the coronavirus and we can still welcome our guests in a hospitable way. We adhere to the guidelines of RIVM, the Dutch- and local government and Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
The following measures have been taken within the hotel:
We ask you to disinfect your hands at the disinfection column upon arrival.
We can check max. 1 reservation at a time at our reception. We ask the other guests to wait at an appropriate distance (indicated by marking on the floor)
Pay as much as possible with PIN, contactless or with credit card.
A maximum of 2 people staying in the same room can enter the elevator together.
We ask both guests and staff to keep the distance of 1.5m.
Breakfast will no longer take place in buffet form, but will be served at your table. Our employees will wear gloves for this. We will ask you at check-in to indicate your expected breakfast time.
Our receptionists and our housekeeping team will pay extra attention to disinfecting contact surfaces such as door handles, ATM, remote control, stair railing etc.
Finally, the following measure still apply: wash your hands regularly, cough and sneeze on the inside of your elbow, do not shake hands and use paper tissues (available in your room). In the case of corona-related complaints (cough, cold, fever and tightness of breath), stay at home.
We look forward to welcoming you at Stadshotel Botterweck! Stay healthy and think about yourself and others.
